Do you take walk ins?
Although we cannot take walk in grooming appointments, we do take walk ins for nails, teeth brushing, ear cleaning and more of our indivindual services during our normal business hours.
What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. During those times are when the phone is answered and walk in services are available. We do take appointments outside of those hours so don't be alarmed if your appointment isn't during those hours.
Free Time! Do all the dogs get along?
During grooming visits to The Pet Crew, dogs get to run around like a daycare setting instead of being kenneled. In some cases dogs that do not like others, may be separated or put in a playpen to keep everyone safe. In other cases such as a dog marking all over the shop, it may be separated as well due to the sanitary issue it causes. We do our best to let them all have some free time while visiting!
Why does my price change sometimes?
All dogs start at a base price. Things that may affect the price may be what service you chose, matting, undercoat, temperament, style of haircut, length of haircut etc. If a 50lb dog comes in and gets a short hair cut versus a 50lb dog that comes in and gets a long haircut, the preparation for the long hair cut takes more time and more work so the price would be more than the other that got the short cut.
Same would go for a short haired bath versus a long haired bath.
So the base prices don't change each visit, but depending on the services that visit, the price may be higher or lower. Ever any questions, don't hesitate to ask your groomer or look over our price guides.
